The Cook’s Complete Formacion: Covering professional techniques in the kitchen with emphasis in French cuisine, Spanish, modern cuisine and management.
I chose this course because it seemed good value for money, especially compared to other courses around the world. I’m not saying that it is cheap - def not by the way, but I’m sure that it ‘ll be worth it, it actually already is!! =D
