Notes The first classeS...We are on our 3rd class and we aren't talking just about lexicon any more.. The first practical class (wednesdays) was pretty exciting and the theoretical ones (monday) have a lot of demonstrative moments - how to boill a perfect poached egg or how exactly to cut a vegetable on a la bouquetiere shape o.O =)). We started the practical class doing the 'mise en place', and then we cut some vegetables on specifical geometrical pre defined shapes. Number of knife injuries on the first practical class - 5/20 students! lol It didn't happen to me, but my fingers are already all chopped cause of my work at the cafe /o\ def I need to be more careful.. -
