Vegetable Parrillada (BBQ) with … Romesco Sauce (serves 2)

Ingredients:
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 carrot
1/2 augerine (small)
4 asparagus
1 potato (small)
1/2 courgette
80g romesco sauce (you can buy it or make it at home like i did)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt

Method:
Peppers: 7cmx3cm size.
Cylindrical vegs: about 1cm slices.
Grill all them together (3 min each side) spreeding some oil before and adding the salt just before serving.
It can be serve as a starer or as a side.
