| : | Oswald - the teacher- gave us the a book about professional techniques and (this was more exciting!) the material for the practical classes: chef jackets, kitchen rags and THE KNIVES!

| : | Next class will be kind of the same.. theoretical, because we aren't actually able to cook yet.
